I am trying to get your game working. I played it for literally 30 min this morning and now I cant get past the geometry part and im about to refund it because from all I am seeing on the forums is there is no surefire fix,

If you're getting stuck at 'Preparing geometry' whilst loading into your prospect, try moving around a little
Again, if this happens whilst loading into the prospect (and not somehow happening WHILST you're gaming), wait couple of seconds and try moving around (using WASD)

This is a quite common issue (with a very easy work-around)
