I had 8 available or unused talent points last night(May 19th, 2025) that i have been saving. i used 4 last night to get seed skills. i should have 4 skills left today. I had 0 available when i logged in. I just respec one point, left it in available and dropped into world. The point was deleted and back to zero. I have lost a total of 5 talent points due to this error can it be fixed.

Sure you didn't accidently look at the number of respec points and confused it with available talent points? Pretty easy to do that with how the UI is laid out, still do it occasionally if I'm messing with talents at the end of an evening and little tired.

no i didn't. I was talking about to my friend for along time about allocating 11 points into fishing. We even doing the mission for extra talents so i could do it.
it is only reason i had 4 points for seed skills in first place

I had a skill in get up and go. in cooking and farming. I respec that 1 point out did not assign it to a talent. Opened up world talking to my friend on discord. Loaded the world no point for me to spend.
If relay news or anything would be great. I am sure it happened because it first time in about a month we got to play again and was ready to finish up extra talent point missions.
Also i do not have a skil point in get up and go anymore.
just we were enjoying ourselves with missions even though can be long. Now it kind of just stopped our immersion into the game. we finally finished all mission to get to mission
for the extra talent points.

Ok then the next most likely scenario is that a past bug resulted in you having too many talent points, in that case once you give up the points it gets corrected.
Count up the points, at level 60 you should have 90 talent points plus however many talent points you unlocked via missions (up to 7).
