Hey everyone, a friend of mine is encountering a rather serious issue; armor can't be placed in the chest or helmet slot, alongside a few items being turned into others at the crafting stations. Bows are turned into varying signs, gold wire is turned into rhubarb, there's a stove for a lantern, among a few others. The server I was previously hosting was previously modded but after not only a Steam verification but also a clean, fresh install, there's been no change.
Mods have been uninstalled and anything Icarus related has been wiped clean, the game has been reinstalled more than once. Also, the envirosuit shows up as a tackle box. Any other advice or potential fixes would be wonderful.
