[BUG] (Prometheus) Celebrity Chef cargo pod conditions have broken requirements

BUG: I played the Celebrity Chef: STOCKPILE operation in hard open-world mode. Each time I approached one of the two pods to discover which recipes I'd be asked to cook, the pods autocompleted and took off.

REPRODUCTION: The cause of the pods' autocompletion appears to be that the recipe quantity requirements are all 0/0. (See attached image.) As these are automatically satisfied, just approaching the pods after they land will cause the bug.

OUTCOMES: Since operations currently cannot be repeated in open-world mode, the bug is unrecoverable. It also causes prospectors to be rewarded large amounts of Ren and Exotics for free, which breaks immersion and detracts from the ICARUS challenge and open-world experience. If for some reason the operation can't be fixed, it would be better if the operation (not the mission) was removed from open-world mode.

Note: I keep posting this on icarusupvote, and the mods keep deleting it without comment. If anyone knows why this bug report is not allowed (nothing like it has been posted), that would help, too.

A fix was found today, some logic was being bypassed that was needed to have the different requirements on easy and hard. Not sure if the fix will make it in for this week's patch but it'll be in the week after at the latest.
