  1. If you had IMMEDIATELY indicated your Specs (GPU) back then, the problem would have been resolved a long time ago (although I immediately assumed this option). {you wasted a week}

But most importantly, I have already given you the answer (this applies to all Nvidia 7xx GPUs and older)

You have an Nvidia Geforce 660 Ti and this card also had this problem {the description of the error is exactly the same} Someone with an Nvidia 6xx series wrote to me that it also helped him.
{Game wont launch!}

Solution from the second Discord link
It turned out that everyone's problem was solved:

  1. Removing drivers via DDU (‘clean reinstall’)
  2. And installing the latest GeForce Game Ready Driver WHQL 472.12 September 20, 2021 (the latest normal ‘Ready’ drivers)

  1. Considering that you only have 16GB Ram, you can do this right away (otherwise the problem will still appear after a while):
    I recommend setting the OS swap file size to FIXED SIZE 32 GB (this means that when setting ‘Custom Size’ -> ‘Initial Size’ and ‘Maximum size’ must be same -> 32768). The paging file must be on the SSD (system partition C:).
    Here, the problems will not be in Icarus, but in Unreal 4, on which the game is built, the thing is that this game engine loves a lot of RAM and, oddly enough, large swap files.
    If you are playing on DX12 and you are starting to crash, then be sure to put a 32GB swap file. Or try switching to DX11 (considerably less memory consumption).
