I have multiple characters that got bumped to 60 with the last update. My open world character got the talent points but for no blueprint points for those 10 levels. My solo main character, had hundreds of blueprint points so it's not clear whether or not they received blueprint points. Did we get blueprint points for the 10 levels?

Don't you gain an extra point every 5 levels? It's no big deal either way.
Just have to kill more things before I can explore fishing. 🙂

yes, up to 50. I assume that wasn't extended to 60. that'd be two whole points anyway. yeah go level up 🙂
