Hi I typically play Icarus in borderless as I like to have it on my 2nd (center) monitor because as default it starts up on my primary (left side) monitor.

I'm told that you lose some FPS by having the game in Borderless compared to Fullscreen. However, when I put the game into fullscreen mode and then [windows]+[shift]+[right] - to move application to another monitor - the game is shown on both monitors, as shown in the image.

Is there a fix for this other than starting trhe game in borderless, moving it then changing it to fullscreen every time?

Play borderless. You're not going to notice any difference. Years ago there used to be a significant difference, but not on modern graphics APIs like DX11, DX12, and Vulkan. As a matter of fact, you'll often get slightly more performance from borderless gaming on these APIs. Microsoft was even on the warpath for a while and wanted to completely disable fullscreen applications in Windows; they caved to pressure, though, and that didn't happen. As an added bonus, you won't get any of the quirky crashes and/or screen flickering from alt-tabbing when running in borderless.
