Hello, I have a great pc and generally run Icarus well, but I also get pretty bad stuttering where it's as is I have low frames but I'm getting 90+.
Are there any solutions to this?

No they are just going to keep adding more shit to the game and not worry about their performance. Fan boys are just going to tell you that it's not a problem and to find something else to play. Been dealing with this for 4 months now brother. Don't get your hopes up.

Hello, the issue you are describing the same same one I started investigating on my 2yr old OW prospect. After hundreds of hours talking with a dev on here, some other experianced veteran prospectors and others with the same issue. I have learned that this is a more common issue than most realize.
