This is expedition Oasis? Currently having same problem. I cleared the first cave wall. Logged for the night and upon logging back in the wall was back with no way, known to me, to remove it again. Don't really want to waste the hrs I already invested by restarting mission

It appears unlocking new zones in multiple missions is bugged. Unfortunate. Hopefully something gets sorted out this week. Y'all are great though either way keep up the great work 👍

For all having this issue, we found this map that might help, I think there is a long way around to the mission sites even without breaking down the walls. As far as I am concerned since the breaking of the walls is a secondary mission where as the primary mission is to survey the area (at least for Ricochet, idk about the others haven't done them yet) you don't need to break the wall to complete the mission, only the primary task needs to be completed. In the case of Ricochet, it's surveying the oasis.

Edit: Above doesn't work, the missions wont load unless the wall has been tested, the above method WILL work if you can get past the first wall but not the second or if you break both wall and then they respawn. Unfortunately if you don't break the first wall then you cannot complete the mission.

My suggestions for drilling the first wall:

• Have all players in render when the wall is going to break or at the beginning of drilling
• Bring the bio-fuel with you to grab the drill and then immediately go to the drilling site all in one render
  Other than that I am not sure of what to do, it sort of seems like blind luck if it works or not. Hopefully will be patched out soon.

I had trouble where I went into a region via a cave but when I came back the cave was no longer open. Mine was the cave from J13 to K13 that was opened in Ricochet mission. While doing Gossamer Research mission it became closed again half way through mission - seems like a similar error that is happening today . Good luck . Devs will be onto it fast they are very quick with fixes 🙂
