Mission marker missing

During the second mission Lifewire: Terrain Scan You are supposed to be gathering data from 3 sites, Location are shown on the map.

But after scanning my first location, one of the 3 is no more showing on the map.
I remember only the general location but this prevent me from finding the last spot and completing the mission.

I tried to restart my game but it did not do anything.

Is there a range on the marker ? this would mean I'm too far.
If not, do you know what is causing this issue ?
Are you able to fix it, and if not do you know if I can complete the mission if I get somehow the exact location ?

Forgot to mention I'm in hard difficulty, I don't know if this has an impact

The location is just up the hill in I13 here:

Thank you, once at the location I can see where to place the radar and it validated the "travel to map location" step

however still no marker on the map
