Go to your Steam install folder for Icarus (should be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Icarus\Icarus\Content\Paks) and check to see that you only have these files present (dates may be slightly different, depending on when you updated, but the file names, sizes, and count are the important part).
