DLSS is stuck on performance mode and wont turn off just goes back to performance mode and Amd Fidelityfx stays grayed out

there is an .ini file under icarus where you can set it off manualy by editing the text fiel. I just dont remember the name. you must google it. sorry mate.
Go to Windows Explorer and type the following into the the field at the top of the window: %localappdata%\Icarus\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Open the file named GameUserSettings.ini
Press Ctrl+S, and search for DLSSMode. Rewrite this line so that it reads DLSSMode=Off
its however on your own risk. you may destabilise the game, if it forces the "performance" dlss on you.
