You can download the app here: https://focusblocker.com/

I'm looking for beta users to try out my app, Focus Blocker. I've used various blocking apps, but I found it tedious to manually set every site I wanted to block. I wanted something that could block all sites by category. That's why I made Focus Blocker.

What Focus Blocker Can Do:

  • Block Millions of Sites by Category:
    • 2.5 million NSFW sites, including 16,000 NSFW subreddits (I think that's all of them).
    • 1.3 million gambling sites.
    • Other categories like games, video streaming, torrent sites, etc.
    • (I'm actively working on expanding this feature, as some categories are not as comprehensive yet.)
  • Block programs
  • Schedule Blocking:
    • Create weekly schedules to automatically block specific websites and apps.
  • Pomodoro Timer:
    • Use a Pomodoro timer to block distractions during focused work sessions.
  • Flexible Locking Options:
    • Lock individual blocks in four ways:
    • Delay: Set a delay before the block activates.
    • Until: Lock the block until a specific time.
    • Schedule: Lock based on a predefined schedule.
    • Password Protection: Require a password to remove the block.

Note: The app executables aren't signed yet, so your antivirus might flag them as dangerous. The certificate costs $300, and I want to check what people think about the app before buying it.

Tell me what you think about the app!
