As you can clearly see on video, trinket burns mana instead of regenerating it as it is written in description of item. please fix it, as it may be very strong trinket for every healer in game, since mana regen was changed during PvP fight.

Its does :), need 5 stacks, 1 player use 5 times take at least 55 seconds, or 5 players use together
Its just bugged because doesnt show the stats, but it works
