Well, I'm still doing the event "Parching Gaze" daily in the Riftsand Cavern, trying to get this cosmetic for the past 4 months, and no drop at all even though it is shown in the rewards.

Is it enabled? I haven't heard of anyone actually getting this item.

Can you guys check this?

Also, this one, it seems it doesn't have any event or cannot be found at all.
