dex is the most inferior stat on rifts, it will be at cost of loosing precision or impact (or both)
tried everything to make dex useful but - you're countered by another mage that has more points in wis/int, you're countered always by dk unless you gamba unchain/unbreak perfectly into his combo, ur basically countered by any spiritual user with lots of wisdom (party recovery is too freaking cheap in mana), mage sucks without gcd/channeling time redu (mage sucks in general, most ppl run melee builds nowadays and are the most impactful on rifts/pvp [game is centered around highest single target damage which shadow/archer excels at])
atleast let me have less prec and impact for haste on rifts
