My service has a deployment permanently stuck in QUEUED state saying 'waiting for previous deployment' but there is no active deployment. I've removed all queued deployments multiple times and it keeps happening. Can someone clear the deployment queue on the backend?

Hey, still having the same issue. The deployment builds successfully and the image pushes to the registry, but it never transitions to the deploy step — it just stays stuck in QUEUED indefinitely with "waiting for previous deployment" even though there is no active deployment. Deploy logs are completely empty. Could someone clear the deployment queue on the backend for this service? I've been trying to get this deployed for a few hours now.
