Services stuck in the "Removing" phase

For some reason my celery services are hanging on "Removing" which is putting a lot of pressure on Redis as new deployments are creating new workers without the old ones cycling out

Could use some help getting those shut down

It seems only services I tried to remove an hour or two ago are stuck in this phase so maybe some sort of transient outage - either way could use help
