It created project 2fe58937-cd88-4d7f-a7b0-59862611794d, and in the settings (where you go to delete a project) it shows the service exists but I don't see it on the canvas 👻

It looks like there was an issue with GitHub that prevented the commit from being loaded for GitHub-linked templates. I am working on more gracefully handling this error. In the meantime things are back to nominal.
