I am unable to contact support or log on to community site. please see the following details:

Description
Users are encountering a 500 error when attempting to access the support page and when logging into the community site. This issue prevents users from receiving assistance and engaging with the community, impacting their overall experience.
Steps to Reproduce
Navigate to the support page.
Click on the support link.
Observe the 500 error message displayed.
Navigate to the community site.
Attempt to log in.
Observe the same 500 error message upon logging in.
