Unable to unlink old connected Discord account

When I click the garbage icon at the top right to unlink my Discord account, it shows as unlinked for like 2 seconds.. and then it refreshes and it's linked to my old Discord account again.

I lost access to my old Discord account as it had 2FA, and I switched phone numbers (essentially locking me out of the account), so I made a new one. Now i'm trying to link my new Discord account (so I can get my roles, etc).

I've tried linking this Discord account to the account, but it keeps defaulting back to the old one I linked.

Any way you guys can manually remove that linked account, so I can link this one? Thanks
