Railway currently doesn't have a set way to appeal bans, however bans are generally not made by mistake and so you would unlikely be unbanned even if you were to appeal through proper channels
but you still deserve to voice your opinion, so head over to - https://help.railway.com/
create a private thread, explain why you where banned, why you should be unbanned, etc etc
I tried going to the support page but it won't allow me to create a thread:
Your Railway account is banned. You may not participate in discussions.
interesting, alright then you can appeal here
Earlier today I was cleaning up an old project on GitHub and Railway. I deleted the repo, project and then without really thinking the railway account as well. Later this evening I realised I didn't really want to remove my Railway account as I might need it again later so I went to recreate it by signing in with GitHub. That was when I got hit with the ban:
End of The Line
You've been flagged for violations concerning the Railway ToS. The reason specified is "Trial Plan Abuse".
I'm not sure I understand how this is Trial plan abuse and if it was it certainly wasn't intentional. I also thought I was on the Hobby plan before I deleted my account. I could be wrong though as the account has been sitting around for a while.
Awesome thanks!
alright unbanned, please go ahead an upgrade to hobby otherwise our automated systems will simply ban again in 24 hours
All done! Thanks for resolving this for me. 🙏
i noticed your old account had the subscription cost waived, so i have applied that to your new subscription
Thank you! 🙏
no problem
I really appreciate the help and quick resolution! ⭐
