#Always allow commits from external contributors

Right now whenever someone who is not in the Railway team makes a commit we have to approve it manually

Is there a way to auto approve these commits? Or add contributors into a whitelist?

Where do I add them to the workspace? There email is currently a Project Member with edit permission, but we are still seeing them listed as an "external contributor" when their GitHub account contributes. Do we need to associate them so that Railway realizes they are the same person?
