you can setup a wildcard domain by just adding your domain with * as a subdomain, e.g *.example.com

Although I'm not sure what you mean "you can't find your DNS setting page on Railway", Railway is a hosting service not a DNS server, you need to configure your domain's DNS on your domain's DNS server
