If I select all the text, and press ctrl+c I will only get the text on clipboard that is visible on the viewport for some reason....
The log i need is maybe 15 times larger than the full viewport, so copy pasting in bits is too big of a hassle.
Any idea how I can copy or export the logs?

You can press ctrl+k (cmd+k on mac) while on your logs and then Copy the associated logs you want to get
There is some issues with that at the moment though so if it doesn't have desired results then I'd recommend: https://bookmarklets.up.railway.app/log-downloader/
Neither of them copies the entire logs, i think the latter only does 1000 lines and the above does 5000 (don't quote me on that, i can't remember)
For full logs you'll need to build a custom solution (if it exceeds the download limits of either tool)
