Applied change while building a new commit. Whole project is stuck | Railway | Page 1

I changed a variable in my service. Commited some changes on GitHub. It started to build and deploy. I deployed the changes and now there is text "Applying 1 change" stuck. The build is stuck at initializing and I can't remove it.
Not sure if it's some general issue now or with my project only.
