I recently bought the $5 plan and when it ran out it charged me $3 more, is the same thing happening on the $20 plan?
I would like more information about the $20 plan, since I am thinking about purchasing it and I do not want to have extra charges, also the monthly limitations and if I can pay annually

the hobby plan does not "run out" its a monthly cost, so im not too sure what you mean there, care to clarify?

the pro plan costs 20$ a month for one seat (user) and you are charged for any resources you use
the monthly limitations and if I can pay annually
