you where on the hobby plan up until November, but then stopped paying your invoices, you would need to pay those invoices before proceeding

my app was last running 5 months ago, i paid 2 extra months without incurring any usage, can you just take those invoices off and let me buy the hobby plan?

you have unpaid subscription invoices, this has nothing to do with if apps where running or not, as railway costs 5$ per month just for the subscription

yeah I get that, however, im not gonna pay extra for things i didn't even use, i already paid 2 months extra for things i didn't use, now i'm willing to pay for a sub now that i wanna deploy again but it wont let me due to these invoices that aren't even necessary.
