I don't believe any of the Directus templates come with SMTP pre-setup

is ADMIN_EMAIL variable set?
if it is, fastest way is to login with the pre-set credentials
then either:
- 🇦 edit the admin email address from within directus
- ⚠️ this will not update back to the service variables
- 🇧 create a new user in directus with your email, set as an admin.
