Project usage is inconsistent

When looking at my usage, the cost on the bottom right ($0.0087) and top left ($0.0220) are inconsistent. I suspect that only memory and cpu are getting added into the bottom total, while all services are being added into the top total.
Also, the predicted cost ($12.26) also seems to be off. I also had a similar situation last month, and the projection kept decreasing during the month from a similarly high value.
Any ideas on what's causing this?
