I deleted my account back in August. Now I want to go back to railway.

I signed up for a new railway and tried to tie into discord and it says: Discord account is already connected to a Railway account

can you go into your discord integrations and remove railway

#

otherwise you don't need to link discord to join beta.
on your railway dashboard, open the command pallet (ctrl / cmd + k) and search for join

I figured they would be able to go into discords own integrations and remove railway from the discord side of things

It's a known issue we are fixing on our end. Sometimes this doesn't work as intended
