I had been using Hobby plan, but now that I have to give charge I did not want to use it. So I cancelled my plan today but it is showing $5 due for Aug-Sep.

It's charging you because railway switched from the developer plan to the hobby plan which now requires a 5 dollar minimum payment

I thought It would freeze today, I have to confirm it to charge $5. Did not think it would automatically do that.
