Ghost deployment? | Railway | Page 1

Hey there, I'm hosting a small discord bot on railway, but as of my last deploy it started duplicating messages, using eval on the bot to run neofetch I confirmed both instances are running on the same railway machine, but yet there was only one active deploy in the railway website, I removed that deploy, and it indeed removed one of the bot instances, but now there's still one responding to commands but no active instance on the website, how can I get rid of this ghost deployment?

possibly relevant information since i did a lot of things on my last deploy:

I deleted the redis instance the project had
I did the Developer -> Hobby plan migration
Changed some env variables so it tried to redeploy but I hit cancel redeploy each time
