I edited my message to not embed the link, and it was deleted, presumably by the bot (?). Let me repost below:
Hello!
I've been using railway for a discord-bot on low ressources, and got the mail that an action was required to upgrade my account to hobby.
As in your migration guide (https://blog.railway.app/p/pricing-and-plans-migration-guide-2023) , folks on the dev-plan that were verified when the announcement happened in June would have their reoccuring subscription fee waived.
I loaded 10$ as required (had 5 already on my account), because from what I could tell from others on Discord, you can only see if the fee is actually waived after you upgraded.
However, the reoccurring costs seem to be still there for me. Did your requirements for waiving change since then, or did something go wrong?
I got an error when upgrading, but missed the chance to screencap it. You might be able to pry it from your logs, that was about 15 minutes ago 😉
Best Regards
im sorry but you didnt qualify for the waived fee, there where other requirements for a waived fee outlined in that blog post, again sorry for the confusion
the blog posts where a bit rushed, so that screenshot should read "if you're on the developer and qualified"
I see, that's a pity. Thanks for your quick response!
I guess i got more than 15$ worth so far, it's been nice using your service! Cheers
cheers!
I cannot accept your answer as the solution, because the main message got deleted when I edited it.
