Can't transfer ownership | Railway | Page 1

Hi, I am trying to transfer the ownership of a project to a client

My client gets the email, but when clicks the link to complete the transfer, gets a 404 page.

Tried it a couple of times with the same results always.

Do you have any idea of why this happens?

are they on the hobby plan? (or above)

now I'm on Hobby plan, but my client must be Pro or Bussiness

theyd need to be on hobby or above

if they are on trial you cant transfer to them
