This should clear in a moment

#

sorry about that, I think it was related to the host issue we faced

wraith mountain

Thanks for the reply 🙏
Do I need to wait until the related issue is resolved?

It should be

#

Team is discussing it

Thank you for the update. I will await further information.

Is there any progress?

You should be able to just try this again and have it work

wraith mountain
#

I would like to try again, but it is still in HISTORY and won't come back

#

Additional support is needed

The deployment id that cannot be removed is

I think you’re misunderstanding what remove means in this context

#

which to be fair, is confusing

#

remove just removes the deployment as being active. It will always be preserved in history

#

until it expires. Not sure of the timeline on that

wraith mountain
#

Normally, the status would be "Removed" if the deletion was successful, but I am saying that the status is still "Removing" and the deletion was not successful.

Is it normal for it to remain as "Removing"?

#

(Actually, I hope this is successfully discarded, as I can't rule out the possibility that this also affects active deployments.)

#

Ah I missed that. Looks fine to me, iirc when a deployment is "removing" it still shows green. Since it's gray it's probably fine

#

You also have an active deployment that was triggered after that deployment was removed. The active deployment takes precedence

wraith mountain
#

Does this mean that nothing affects active deployments and that this phenomenon is not a problem?

heavy folio
#

Exactly

#

I wouldn’t say nothing affects active deployments, but this certainly doesn’t

wraith mountain
#

I understand. I will ask again if there are any problems in the future.
Thank you for your response🙏
