Umbraco 11 form data

I am a react js developer and new to Umbraco. I am comfortable using APIs using fetch. I am asked to build a template with a form in Umbraco 11 where website users can write reviews about a product and these reviews would be listed with the product with a maximum om 10 reviews per page. I got as far as creating an Umbraco form with the required field and get the reviews in the database. But I don't understand how to fetch the data from the database and get it listed on the product's page. If anyone can guide me that would be great. I find the documentation from Umbraco still a little unclear, as I am just not used to writing classes I guess.
