Getting 503 with railway api | Railway | Page 1

I am not able to hit my api deployed on railway(getting 503) but locally it is working fine i.e.
Local api: http://0.0.0.0:8080/splash
Railway api: https://khatabook-production-7dce.up.railway.app/splash or https://khatabook-production-7dce.up.railway.app:8080/splash

Please assist
