I set up a project using a template, and it successfully deployed it.
Then, I made a change to the upstream repo, clicked 'Check for Updates', and it created a PR in the downstream repo that I successfully merged and deployed.
Then, I made another change to the upstream repo. This time, when I click 'Check for Updates', it says 'You're on the latest version of this repository.'.
Is there a bug in the algorithm for diffing, or am I misconfiguring something?
