So, I made my bot on railway and it's going so well. I want to run it 24/7, and I want to upgrade my Starter Plan. However, "Usage by Project" says that it would cost $2.98 - it's under $5. So this is my question: Does it cost money just to upgrade, or doesn't it cost if my usage was under $5/month?
(I hope it make senses as I'm Japanese and not good at English so much)

https://docs.railway.app/reference/plans says:

You are billed for any usage above $5 on your account

it sounds like you won't be charged for any usage below $5/month
