Postgres db conn error

Hi, i got an issue with a postgres db, Ii hasn't responded since yesterday, I have important user data and my application is turned off, I need to know if someone can tell me if an error occurs and how long it takes to solve it, or at least make sure that I won't lose the data. its hosted at containers-us-west-115.railway.app
