Our company recently purchased your solution, but unfortunately,we couldn't verify our profiles. As a result we can't use the github respo.
I was wondering what is the solution we could use.

It appears that you can verify your account by providing evidence such as a syllabus or assignment document. You can also link payment to verify, or use a gift card to buy prepaid credits.

The bot is wrong. If your company purchased a Railway subscription as you said, they should be paying for the teams plan for each member

To use Railway commercially you must be on the Teams plan

How many accounts have you put on the teams plan? Sounds like your account has not been paid for.
