Why the appsettings.json doesn't in .net API on railway?

When i deploy some .net API the values at appsettings.json always be null.

this is not related to your issue, please just Google how to use environment variables in dotnet, surely it can't be that hard, and if it is, switch to python?

It is hard and I cant just switch to other language because im having one problem, Im just trying to see if someone had the same problem as me.
