SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP with cloudflare domain

I have a project whose domain is hosted on cloudflare, and when attempting to access the redirected domain on both firefox/chrome, I get SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP
I've configured the proxy settings correctly afaik, any ideas?

I've looked at the existing post for this, but sadly the answer it provides is inconclusive. It's been ~10 minutes or so since the domain was properly set up, so I imagine the cert has been generated by now
