ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS with custom domain

My registrar (OVH) does not allow for CNAME redirection on root.
so I use cloudflare to redirect from fennecfoundry.com↗ to web-fennecfondry-website-production.up.railway.app
the app works fine on railway, but when I try to reach it from fennecfoundry.com it says ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
can you help me identify the problem ?
