ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH when using Custom Domain + CF.

Tried using a proxied CF record as well as a unproxied record and applied all the SSL settings as shown in the documentation, however seem to get a ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH when I try to access my app through the custom domain in Chrome.
