Leg day went well.

Friday Push Day went great.
3 Sets +25lb Pushups
4 Sets 30-35lb Shoulder Press
2 Sets Dips, 1st Set +10lb, 2nd Set BW
2 Sets 45lb/DB Bench Press
Starting to see chest definition too

Pull day went well, but was cut short due to dinner. Did 2 sets of weighted chinups, 2 sets of weighted overhand pullups, 2 sets of weighted neutral grip pullups, 1 set Adv. Australian rows, 1 set incline curls.

Push day was okay... I felt weaker than usual. I am going to try and see if I can do a muscle up tomorrow.

Leg day went well. Was able to do bulgarian split squats for the first time, since my balance was a bit better.

Push day was good. Really got good practice with pushups and Archer Pushups.

Push Day Today. Went extremely well!
3 Sets Dips +15lb (Able to do 5 reps with 15lb!)
2 Sets Pike Pushups (Able to do them now!!!)
2 Sets Shoulder Press 35lb
2 Sets Benchpress 50lb (Moved on from 45!)
3 Sets Hanging Leg/Knee Raises (Could be better.)

Pull Day was alright. Not anything special, feeling a bit demotivated. Maybe it's just fatigue.

Push day was excellent. I am doing 3 reps per set, high weight, to take advantage of my strength mesocycles period of maximal neural adaptations, which is on week 5/6. 20lb Dips achieved. Struggling to find good core exercises besides hanging leg raises. Grip limits me on leg raises, as well as quads cramping due to it being a hip flexor. Considering buying an ab wheel. Otherwise, great.

I am done with the first week of cut. I lost 1.7 pounds. I expected more weight lost than I actually burned since water weight and stuff. Other than that, it's pull day. I was able to do 25lb for 3 reps on my pullups. Strength win.

I am going up to a 200kcal deficit instead of 400kcal. I have been recommended it by both people and ai, so I should probably listen ๐ . Other than that, I am starting a lower body flexibility routine, and the first time felt really good. Hope it will keep up.
