I found myself doing this weird dance of going to the HC website on my phone and navigating the website to find that day's workouts and clicking a bunch to get to where I need to each day.
I build custom business apps with low-code professionally, so I used my skills to make a Hybrid Calisthenics fitness tracking app using SmartSuite. This allows me to track my workouts and view the instructions all in one place.
In addition the app has other cool features like:
- works on mobile
- a button that generates entries for the day's recommended pair of workouts
- a notes section for each workout you do to log how you were feeling/performed that day
- tracking the overall mastery of each exercise based on the level you achieve and sustain
- automatically promoting you to the next exercise if you log enough reps at level 3 consecutively
- instructions from the website are accessible within the app including a gif version of the instruction video for visual reference
- and other stuff I'm building as I go like a health dashboard
I made it for myself but thought maybe a couple people here would find it interesting
