Yeah
I'm not a plyo expert, but I'm pretty they aren't performed to fatigue (video)
(if you're too tired, you won't be able to keep the same quality through sets)
It's more from doing them often, I'm not usually tired after the sets it's just the next day when the soreness kicks in
