#Just started the Hybrid Routine 2.0, but it feels short?

Hi! I am new here. I just completed 2 sets of 20 glute bridges and 3 holds of 15 seconds of straight leg twists (as is the exercise of the day per the routine). I feel good! My muscles are tired and I feel worked out... but it only took me < 15 minutes total. I know I am at the very beginning of things, and I am very happy to take things slow, but I want to check that I am not missing something. Thanks!

If you're just starting out - stick with things as they are for a month or two! And then see if you still wanna add more

And yeah - 2 exercises a day is all there's to it!
